Reminder of COVID Safe practices within our pools and leisure centres

Attention Customers,

Thank you for your continued attendance, and support of our pools and leisure centres.

Our indoor and outdoor pools are now open every day for lap swimming, aqua aerobics, squads, and swim school classes. 

Prior to visiting, it is important you are aware of the COVID Safety measures that are being implemented across all 5 of the pools and leisure facilities. These include;

Swim’n’Go Policy remains in place

• All customers must come ready to swim, and avoid loitering on the side of the pool, or in the grandstand
• Our Staff may approach customers with a friendly reminder about the Swim’n’Go policy during their visit
• Swim’n’Go also means there is currently no Sunbaking, our lounging around the pool area

One in, One Out

• Physical distancing measures in line with NSW Government regulations have been in place at our pools since they re-opened earlier this year.
• When pools are at capacity, a one in, one out policy applies.

Call ahead

• Be mindful that not all pools have parking on-site, while some have metered street parking. To avoid incurring unnecessary costs, and to avoid disappointment on arrival, we recommend calling ahead to reception to confirm pool capacity and lane availability.

Health and sanitisation practises remain in place, including

• Physical distancing measures
• Increased cleaning of equipment and the facilities
• Sanitizer stations places around the centres
• Contact tracing procedures before entering the facility, including registering your details by scanning the QR code at the front desk

Our team are continuing to follow public health orders and take advice from health authorities to maintain the health and safety of our customers and community. The planning process for a Summer COVID Safety Plan is underway, and an online booking system will be put in place shortly.
